The patterned cardstock is "Pop Rockz", and the sentiment is from the "Be Authentic" stamp set. Both are from TAC.
I used my Scor-Pal to quickly make the folds. There is a top flap and bottom flap, but not centered in the middle.Can't wait to play with the Sweet Skunks stamp set some more!
