Scor-pal fun!

I got a Scor-pal from The Angel Company! I used it today for the first time and once I got started, I couldn't stop! LOL! I saw this tutorial on making a "lattice" background and thought it was pretty cool. Here's a couple cards that I made using that technique:
I made this card for the current color challenge over on Stamp Shack. The challenge was to make a card using brown, peach, and pale blue. My blue looks more like lavender in this picture though. I used the new stamp set "Oh How" from TAC. I really like this set! The butterfly was stamped with Versamagic Aegean Blue ink and the sentiment with Palette Burnt Umber.

For this card, I used the new stamp set "More Elegant Sentiments". I think this set just screeeeams "Emboss Me!" LOL So that's just what I did - in gold! Only the word "Birthday" is from that set. "Happy" was from some other set. The brown stamped background is one of TAC's new Gift With Purchase stamps, and the green background cardstock is from K&Co.

That's all I have for now. Make it a good day!

Tootles!
