CDS CIC3 "Winter Theme"

I made these two cards for Clear Dollar Stamps Clearly Inspired Challenge 3 (found HERE).  The challenge was to make something with a "winter theme".  I used my Philippians 4:6-7 stamp from CDS to make these cards.  While it's not really a "winter" stamp, the papers and embellishments are.  And actually, since many people get so discouraged this time of year, I think these could very well be used as Christmas cards to lift them up!

And here's card #2:

Now, you just HAVE to check back tomorrow morning - I have something very exciting to tell you!

Love your card Vicki (and the wonderful scripture). On card one, is your snowflake handmade?? Or a purchased embellishment. Sure pretty.

Merry Christmas!

Super awesome verse and I think it's an awesome idea to encourage others this time of year, ESPECIALLY now with the economy so bad! I am super excited to hear your news!!! Oh I don't wanna wait! LOL
