Fresh Spring Things Kit Samples

I took time today to make some samples with my new Fresh Spring Things Kit from The Angel Company. For $19.95 (plus tax/shipping) you get a very cute stamp set, a 36-page pad of 8"x8" paper, and a coordinating set of hardware. All of the details can be found HERE.

Of course, while you're ordering you might as well get some white and yellow Fun Flock along with a Glue Marker. It makes this stamp set even MORE fun to work with!

This is a simple Criss Cross Box filled with Easter grass and goodies. I used 3 different colors/designs of the patterned paper that comes with the kit and one sheet of white cardstock.

For the duck, I stamped it with Palette Burnt Umber ink and covered the little duck image with yellow Fun Flock. First, I color in the areas with my Marvy Glue Marker, then sprinkle the Fun Flock on top, gently press it down, then shake off the excess. And my little furry friend came to life!

Front view of same box. I originally saw this box on Nicole's blog but don't remember ever making one. It's perfect for little treats at any occasion.

I just saw a version of this card on Dawn's Stamping Studio this morning and had to try it. Her video is HERE.

I stamped the image with Palette Burnt Umber ink and colored with watercolor pencils and a Dove blender.

The top half of the card swings away to revel the sentiment inside. How neat is that!?

Ok, that's it for today. I have three more projects to show you tomorrow using the Fresh Spring Things Kit. Let me know if you'd like to take advantage of this special! After March 31st, it will be GONE!

Make it great day, Tootles!
