And now, as promised, here is another Fall project. I found this poem on the internet and quickly made a sample with it to show my hostess club ladies. I was short on time for this - no stamping here or anything. But I can imagine making more of these Blessing Holders and putting one at each place setting on the Thanksgiving dinner table. NICE!
Here's the poem:
I am a blessing holder
for Thanksgiving day.
I hold on to your silverware
in a warm and festive way.
And when dinner is done,
the plates all cleared away,
write down your blessings
from this year and today.
Then tuck them inside
my pocket to stay
until next year
on Thanksgiving day.
