Christmas Card 1

Ok, I've shown you a trio of Scor-pal Grid cards. Now I have a trio of Christmas cards. Last year I made three Christmas cards per month starting in January. So by December, I was done! (No, I don't send out very many, LOL!) Well, here it is - March - and these are the first ones I've made this year.

Anyway, one of the many things I like about using unmounted stamps is being able to set up a "scene" on your acrylic block and stamp all the images at once. I've done this with Mary and Joseph for this card. It not only saves one step here, but it helps to be able to line them up evenly.

I could have added my sentiment to this block too, but it was an after-thought, LOL.
I stamped the baby Jesus separately, cut it out, and adhered it with a pop-dot in front of Mary and Joseph. I also scored a couple lines down the right side of the card for accent.

Items used:
Scor-pal
"Amelia" cardstock by TAC
"The Only Thing" stamp set by TAC
Palette Burnt Umber ink
Watercolor pencils
Tombow Blender
ribbon

I'm glad you stopped by! Tootles!
