Viewmaster/Spinner Card

Over at Paper Wings, Jany challenged us to make a "viewmaster" card recently. I finally got around to making one and I just think it is so stinkin' cool! While I obviously didn't come up with the technique itself, I am so proud of myself for coming up with this: "Where's the viewmaster window" you say? IT'S THE LICENSE PLATE!!!!

First, here's the inside of the card. These stamps are from Clear Dollar Stamps.
