This first card is for Week #3. The colors were ruby red, close to cocoa, and taken with teal. I matched them the best I could (not having any SU! cardstock) and also going on memory from a week ago, LOL.
I don't like the lighting on this picture, but oh well. I also combined it with a sketch challenge on Paper Wings, a site for TAC demos.
I used Bazzill cardstock, and the stamp set is "An Udder Birthday" by TAC.

And next, we have the current Color Throwdown challenge for Week #4. The colors were almost amethyst, basic black, and certainly celery.
The lavendar Bazzill I used is really light, almost looks like a dirty white here. But trust me, it IS lavendar!
I used Bazzill cardstock, Bazzill border strip, and the "More Elegant Sentiments" stamps set from TAC.
Can't wait until next week's color combo - I'm really loving what these ladies come up with!
Love the way you "laced" the ribbon around the scallops! Very clever idea!
ReplyDeleteSweet cards! I should really get into some of the challenges!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute cards! I love that cow image! I think there must have been a spy last weekend taking picture of my at my sis' pool! Ha! I love all of the white dots!
ReplyDeleteLove the way you did the ribbon on your card.
