These cards are PERFECT for the Wing It Collections by The Angel Company! Most of these patterned paper stacks have sheets with a border down one side. Using the edge of the border as the "waistline" on these dresses is a brilliant idea!
Here are four dress cards that I made. They go pretty quick once you have your template made.




I used a different pair of decorative scissors on the hemline of each dress. The scallops at the neckline were made with the Marvy Mega Circle and Giga Scalloped Circle punches.
